Process Optimization

Through collaboration, identify area-requiring adjustment to reduce or eliminate Non-Productive Time (NPT) caused by drilling fluids or waste management. These areas are not limited to losses circulation, circulating to condition mud or solid control efficiency resulting in over dilution. By providing a daily fluid and solid control audits while building a checklist of key indicator we create a systematic approach to eliminate or reduce costly NPT and in turn optimizing the drilling operation.

Management of Change

Once the key performance indicator have been established for the different disciplines and the area of most impact are identified, a written procedure will be developed to be used as the training and guidelines for the proposed change. Team members most affect by the change will be authors and will control any changing within the test period to make the necessary change to insure the success of the intended process improvement. The data collected will be share with the management team and included in the performance tracking.

Cost Management

Drilling Fluids and waste management cost tracking, daily or weekly material cost audits will be done with the service company to insure any cost overages are document and explain prior to invoicing. With the use of a proprietary KPI and cost management tracking software service company are require to provide a daily and end of well summary report. The information entered into the software will track and captured all cost associated services and material used before invoicing. This report is an auditing tool before final invoices have been submitted and has proven to eliminate and reduce any duplicate or non-approved charges associated with final invoicing. Proven operator saving over a 3 year period upward of 4.0 million were identified before invoicing.

Performance Tracking

The proprietary software will combine the information collected on a daily based to provide analytical data tracking for all improvements associated with process optimization, management of change and cost management.
